ソウル市の主催で行われる国際シンポジウムとして、低所得世帯の居住安定のためのソウル市住宅政策の成果を共有すると共に、東アジア大都市の居住支援政策及び活動事例を共有するため東アジア国際シンポジウムを開催する。都市研究プラザは企画の面で協力すると共に、先端的都市研究拠点の海外センター等の海外ネットワークとの連携の下、先端的都市研究の一翼に資する。
